Tyler and Soumia braved the cold for this elopement in Warren, Vermont and let’s be real—I will trek through any type of weather for my couples, like snow, rain, or single-degree weather, but for it being the day before spring, we froze our butts off!
The day started by hanging out in their Luxury Glass Tiny Home AirBnb while both T+S were getting ready. The details that were included for these two were a mix of elegance and adventure—including a faux fur shawl, white booties, a map of the events for their day, and so much more. Her dress looked like it was taken right out of a fairy tale with sheer puffy sleeves, a tie-back corset, and a tulle skirt with a slit. She rocked a unique hairstyle done by Nomad’s Hair Craft with pearls dazzled all throughout which matched her necklace perfectly; not to mention the makeup that Brittney did made her look like an ice princess! And the moody, colorful florals popped against the snowy backdrop that we adventured in too!
Once the couple got ready, we got some photos of them together in the Vermont Airbnb & then we went out into the cold and got some photos with the epic mountain view behind them and played with the mirror reflections from the windows of the tiny home. The sun was just peeking out to create beautiful soft lighting to add the littlest bit of warmth to the icy weather. And Tyler did such a great job cuddling into Soumia to keep her nice and warm.
After spending some time around the area of the tiny home, it was time to travel to the ceremony spot at Blueberry Lake Trail. T+S exchanged vows surrounded by mountains and cozied up under a blanket as the sun began to set. At this point, the cold started to be unbearable for these two lovebirds so we headed back to their Airbnb for some steamy photos in the hot tub to warm up!
They got into their bathing suits right away and hopped in the hot tub, reminiscing on the day they just had—and they couldn’t keep their hands off each other! To end the night, they shared a bottle of red wine.
This day was nothing but perfect, despite the cold; from the details all the way to the steamy hot tub. T+S are so lovely and we had so much fun!
