authentic moments,
artfully composed
The hardest part about finding a photographer isn't finding someone with beautiful work (there are plenty). It’s a photographer who's done her homework, who approaches your day with the creativity of someone photographing your venue for the first time (yes, even if I've been there before), and who structures timelines that give you permission to slow down and savor it all.
Let yourself be here for all of it.
You'll get photos of the moments you didn't even know were happening. Your mom tearing up during the ceremony. The unforgettable way your partner looks at you. Plus those composed, magazine-worthy portraits that truly highlight your one-of-a-kind love.
The more time we spend together—engagement sessions, planning calls, sending each other memes on Instagram—the more I understand who you are as a couple. By your wedding day, I'm not guessing how to make you feel comfortable, I already know.
sweetly yours,
Jess
After five years and nearly 100 New England weddings photographed, I've learned that the best photos are created when you feel totally at ease.
That's my whole thing: building timelines that give you breathing room, flagging the things that could make your day feel rushed (before they do), and making sure you're present for your day instead of just performing through it.
By the time we get to your wedding, you'll trust the process enough to actually enjoy your day—and that peace of mind is exactly why you should fill out my inquiry form.
The Zeiglers
This is a once-in-a-lifetime day; one where you’re not only marrying the love of your life, but spending meaningful time with your favorite people. When you give yourselves time to be together earlier in the day, there’s room to slow down, laugh, and be present, which leads to photos that feel natural and deeply meaningful, not hurried.
I build in breathing room so your day doesn't feel like a sprint to the finish line. Translation: you get those creative golden hour portraits and candid dance floor moments and time to enjoy cocktail hour and soak up each other's presence. No watching the clock, no feeling rushed, just presence.
Almost every couple says this. Then you’re laughing at something hilarious your partner said, leaning into each other without thinking twice, and completely forgetting there’s even a camera there. You’ll be gently guided when you need it, and given space when the moment deserves to unfold naturally.
You spent weeks agonizing over invitation suites and perfecting the reception layout. Relatable. Those details you obsessed over—the florals, the favors, that color palette you pulled together—I notice them, document them beautifully, and make sure they look as intentional in your photos as they did in your Pinterest board.
Fill out my inquiry form with any details you already know about your day, your vision, and what you're dreaming up. Be as detailed as you want—I love knowing if you're planning a garden party celebration or if you've been Pinterest-boarding for two years straight.
Let’s get acquainted
We'll talk about your love story, what you’re dreaming up for your garden party or estate wedding, and probably get sidetracked talking about your favorite coffee shop or the playlist you can't stop listening to. If the vibe is right, you'll know.
Sign the contract, pay your non-refundable retainer, and the deal is sealed. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding, and yes, payment plans are totally a thing.
You'll get a welcome guide, resources, questionnaires, and everything you need to feel prepared and excited. Consider this the beginning of us actually getting to know each other—and trust me, there's a lot that goes into making sure your experience is seamless.
